Treat yourself to the ultimate day out at the London Dungeon…if you dare! The home of scary fun invites you to live and breathe your way through London’s darkest history via a selection of scream-drenched stories and fear-inducing immersive experiences.

With nineteen haunting tales and two thrilling rides, guests will come face-to-face with some of London’s most notorious historic characters: Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and even Jack The Ripper! Familiar tales are played out before your eyes and storytelling is given a contemporary twist in a trip that’s not to be missed.

Access Information

Disabled guest should purchase their ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket. The free ticket for the helper should be requested on arrival at the attraction upon presentation of proof of disability.

The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides. For health and safety reason The London Dungeon can only admit 1 wheelchair user per hour. Once you have booked your standard ticket, we recommend booking your wheelchair timeslot in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz (please quote your order reference).

Unfortunately we are unable to admit mobility scooters into the attraction.

The tours last approximately 90 minutes.

Good To Know

Due to the popularity of the attraction in holiday periods, we recommend arriving as early in the day as possible to secure your preferred timeslot and avoid disappointment.  If in the event that we are unable to give you the timeslot you require on that day, we will book you into a timeslot on another day of your choice.

How Does It Work

On arrival at the London Dungeon main entrance, present your e-ticket (either printed or on a mobile device) to a Dungeon staff. You will be directed to the fast track area where you will have your bags searched. A team member will then make arrangements for you to join the next tour.

Suitable For Children

Yes - Child age for tickets 3-15 years and any children under this age range go free. 

Please note children under 16 cannot visit without a paying adult over 18 years of age. Ride restrictions apply.

What Should I Expect

With a fast-track ticket, you do not need to commit to a timeslot and you can visit any time on your selected date. Always check the most up to date opening hours on the attraction website before you visit.

Where Do I Go

The London Dungeon is located within easy walking distance from several London Underground stations: Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster.

Waterloo is the closest tube station to the London Dungeon. Waterloo is about five minutes walking distance. Exit the station following signs for the South Bank.

Embankment and Charing Cross stations are close together on the north side of the River Thames. Both tube stations are a ten-fifteen minute walk to reach the London Dungeon. From the station, cross over Hungerford Bridge.

Westminster tube station is the closest station to Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. From Westminster tube station, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster pier.
